From September 21st, 2024, there have been some changes to the PayPal service which some customers use to make payments for services.
If you use PayPal for payment of your ALR Network services, it will be required for you to reconnect your PayPal account from within your account when your next invoice is created in order to ensure that payments are processed correctly.
To check your account, you can login here: https:/alr-network.co.uk/account/
Once logged in, you will be able to see any outstanding invoices from this page. Simply choose "Payment Method: PayPal" and click the "Pay Now" button. This will then prompt you to re-link your PayPal account and complete the payment process.
Payment for your services are not required today, but this process should be completed before the due date of the invoices.
